I started CrossFit in November 2012 and then began coaching after receiving my Level 1 Certification in November 2016. CrossFit has been such a great way to improve my own fitness. Prior to CrossFit I had been a runner and long training runs were both incredibly draining and amazingly time consuming! After becoming a new mom in September 2018, CrossFit is continuing to help me be a stronger, better and more well-rounded person in all areas of my life. I love coaching and making sure that others are able to get the most out of CrossFit in any way they chose - to compete, to stay active, to get stronger - finding your ‘why’ is important!
