‘Sweat!’ is a more conditioning focused version of CrossFit, including less complex movements that are designed to help our new members get in, get comfortable, and feel like a part of the community. This is NOT a beginner’s class. It will be challenging, be available to everyone who has a membership to CrossFit Webster.
What to Expect
Our Sweat! classes are the perfect stepping stone to joining CrossFit Webster. The workouts can be modified to every athlete’s experience and fitness level. Each class will be lead by one of our amazing coaches, who will lead all of the athletes through a warm up, and give instruction and demonstration for the day’s workout. Your coach will be there to supervise and correct your movements as you perform the workout
No prior experience necessary. This program is great for anyone that wants to break a sweat!
