Owner, Head Trainer
CrossFit Level 1 Certification, CrossFit Gymnastics Certification, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach
My passion for CrossFit started in June of 2015, as I recovered from a Perforated Small Intestine. I had already been doing it for a couple of years at the time, and it played a crucial role in getting me back to 100 percent. During recovery, I used to go to the gym just to be there. Even though I couldn’t work out, I still needed that energy. Those friendships. This gym played an incredibly important role in my recovery from that very invasive, very serious surgery. Even though it was tough taking it slow at the time, it taught me to be patient, trust the process, and keep focused on my long term goals.
Motivation & Passion
When the previous owners announced that the gym was closing I had no choice. I had to act. I had to do something to keep this incredible community together. To build relationships and enhance people’s lives, both physically and spiritually. The same thing CrossFit Webster did for me. This is my calling. I want to inspire our members to be the best version of themselves, the same way my coaches have inspired me. Everyday, I give 110% to be the best coach I can. I want to learn and make progress everyday, and foster an atmosphere where you can feel comfortable doing the same. CrossFit Webster is a place where you can get a great workout in and make life long friends! I know I have!
