About Rob
Turning Point
My passion for CrossFit started in June of 2015, as I recovered from a Perforated Small Intestine. I had already been doing it for a couple of years at the time, and it played a crucial role in getting me back to 100 percent. During recovery, I used to go to the gym just to be there. Even though I couldn’t work out, I still needed that energy. Those friendships. This gym played an incredibly important role in my recovery from that very invasive, very serious surgery. Even though it was tough taking it slow at the time, it taught me to be patient, trust the process, and keep focused on my long term goals.
Motivation & Passion
As an athlete, I strive to learn something about myself every day. The journey to 'get fit' is just as important as the end result. As a coach, I want to build a comfortable and welcoming community. A place where every member is comfortable giving their best effort toward changing their lives, both physically and spiritually. The same thing CrossFit Webster did for me. This is my calling. I want to inspire our members to be the best version of themselves, the same way my coaches have inspired me. Everyday, I give 110% to be the best coach I can. It is my goal to make CrossFit Webster a place where you can get a great workout in and make life long friends! I know I have!
