At my heaviest I weighted in at just over 330lbs. There were several times that I decided to make a change, but while the intent was always there the follow through was not. My turning point was finding the CrossFit training methodology. From this I learned how to properly eat while also finding a way to train that enabled me by making exercising fun, challenging, and varied.

What motivates me is helping others find a way to enjoy fitness and seeing where their fitness leads them.
